1. Course
The E-Learning Social Responsibility teaches in practice how to cope with people who have drinking problems, drugs problems and problems with gambling. Tools are being presented how to explain guests what is permitted and what is not in your establishment. Establishments or organisations who serve and or sell alcoholic beverages have to comply to the regulations concerning Social Responsibility according to the Licensing and Catering Act. This requirement does not only apply to managers and owners. There must be at least one person present during opening hours who is in possession of the SVH diploma Social Responsibility. During the E-Learning you will learn about: * Hospitality in the hotel and catering industry * Alcohol, gambling and drug addiction * Social skills * Establishment requirements and facilities * Safety measures in the hotel and catering industry
2. For Whom
Entrepreneurs, executives and employees of establishments in the hotel and catering business and wine shops. But also for managers, employees and voluntary workers in canteens, clubs, community centres and institutions
3. Exam
The SVH exam is a written one and consists of 40 multiplechoice questions
